Your opportunity
Join our extensive and highly-regarded Private Client Team, known for providing high quality advice to high-net-worth individuals, businesses owners and their families. Working alongside a Team of Partners, Solicitors and other Paralegals, you will learn from experts in all aspects of tax, trusts an wealth management strategies ranging from business succession planning and CGT advice through to inheritance tax planning, probate and estate administration.
As a Paralegal you will:
- Work alongside a dedicated Partner and Solicitor as part of our wider Team
- Provide legal input on areas including drafting Wills and LPAs, management of probate matters, and management of files relating to Deputyships and the general management of clients’ affairs
- Manage your own case-load with direct time recording and fee-earning responsibilities
- Engage directly with clients in person, over the telephone and in writing
Who is the Private Client Team?
The team is led by Bruce Clarke, Partner and member of the firm’s Strategic Board. Bruce has more than 15 years’ experience of advising individuals on how to effectively manage their personal wealth and is regarded as one of the most influential private wealth lawyers in Kent.
The Team is highly ranked by The Legal 500 and works across all of the firm’s offices. It is led by three Partners working alongside an extensive team of Solicitors, Paralegals, Trainees and Administrators.
